SERVICE FAQ
BROW DESIGN
A brow design is more than just a "wax" —it's a customized shaping session tailored to your natural growth, facial features, and personal style.
Yes. All services are by appointment only to ensure each guest receives uninterrupted, expert attention.
You’re in the right place. Our brow specialists are extensively trained, with years of experience and a passion for detail. We take pride in delivering consistent, polished results that complement your natural beauty.
Absolutely! In fact, most do.
No problem. We also offer tweezing for those with sensitivities or personal preferences.
We do not offer threading. Our focus is on waxing and tweezing, which allow us to sculpt with control and care.
Brow services take place either in our open-concept spa lounge or, if paired with a spa facial, within your private treatment room. Both environments are designed to be clean, calming, and comfortable during your treatment.
Yes, but let us know in advance. If you're using retinoids or acne prescriptions, we’ll switch to tweezing to protect your skin from irritation.
BROW TINT
Brow tint typically lasts on the skin for several days, and up to 4 weeks on the hairs, gradually fading as your hair naturally sheds.
Longevity depends on your skin type, skincare routine, and sun exposure.
Our brow specialists custom blend each tint at the time of the appointment to suit your skin tone, hair color, and desired result. Whether you want bold definition or a soft enhancement, we’ll find your perfect shade.
We hear this often, and we agree—brows should enhance, not overwhelm. Our specialists are trained to deliver natural, balanced results that complement your features beautifully. The tint will naturally fade over the first several washes.
Tinting enhances the appearance of fullness by darkening lighter, finer hairs you may not even realize you have. While it doesn't physically grow or add hair, it creates a more defined, fuller look. It is not meant to stain the skin for longer than 1-2 days - so we may direct you towards a brow styling product or growth serum in the meantime!
Yes, the tint is designed to blend and soften gray hairs. However, gray hairs can be more coarse and resistant, so while many guests see great results, full coverage cannot be guaranteed.
While we don’t currently offer a true red hue, we can create customized blends that lean strawberry blonde or warm brown.
We’re actively testing red tints that meet our clean standards and performance expectations!
We do not offer microblading. Our approach is focused on solutions to enhance your natural brows.
BROW LIFT
A brow lift (also known as brow lamination) softens and reshapes the natural direction of your brow hair, giving you a fuller, more lifted look. After the first 24-48 hours, brows may be styled to your liking!
For the first 24 - 48 hours, keep your brows dry. We recommend brushing your brows into place daily and applying nourishing oil to maintain softness and shine.
Results typically last 6–8 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and aftercare routine.
Some hairs have stronger growth patterns or natural texture. A slight variation is normal (especially if this is your first brow lift!) and can be addressed during future maintenance appointments.
Daily nourishing oils go a long way. We recommend purchasing our brow rejuvenator serum to support hair health between lifts. Waiting a minimum of 6-8 weeks in between treatments will also avoid over processing.
Yes! It is common to schedule a maintenance brow design or tint to keep brows looking their best in between lifts!
While brow lifts are generally considered safe during pregnancy, we recommend consulting with your doctor first.
new to facials
Your visit begins with a conversation about your skin and what you’re hoping to improve. From there, your specialist will guide you through a customized treatment that may include cleansing, exfoliation, extractions (if needed), a treatment mask, and hydration.
We’ll ensure you feel informed, comfortable, and completely cared for and you’ll leave refreshed, relaxed, and glowing.
Arrive with clean skin if possible, but no worries if you’re coming from work or errands—we’ll take care of that for you. Avoid exfoliating or using active ingredients (like retinoids or acids) for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Expect to leave feeling refreshed, deeply hydrated, and glowing!
Depending on the treatment, you may experience some mild flushing, which typically subsides within a few hours. All of our treatments are gentle and non invasive.
Occasionally your skin may purge as it detoxifies—especially if you’re new to professional treatments. We use calming, non-comedogenic products to minimize this possibility while promoting clear, balanced skin.
Take our online facial quiz, or simply book a Custom Facial —our specialists will guide you to the best option based on your current skin needs and goals.

Arrive with clean skin if possible, but no worries if you’re coming from work or errands—we’ll take care of that for you.

LOUNGE FACIALS
Our lounge is a cozy, open-concept space where you’ll enjoy inviting, upbeat vibes. It’s a casual yet calming environment that still delivers an elevated experience.
As this is a shared space, the atmosphere may differ from appointment to appointment - depending on how many other clients are in the lounge at that time.
Spa facials are performed in private treatment rooms and allow for longer, more relaxing sessions.

While we don’t offer full-body massage, our facials include gentle, rhythmic massage movements designed to increase circulation, support lymphatic drainage, and encourage full-body relaxation.
Our scope of practice as estheticians allows for only gentle pressure—we’re not licensed massage therapists. However, we incorporate soothing massage movements throughout your facial to promote relaxation, circulation, and skin rejuvenation.

SKIN RESURFACING
Skin resurfacing refers to our professional dermaplaning treatment - a gentle yet highly effective exfoliation method that removes dead skin buildup and peach fuzz to reveal a smoother, brighter complexion.
Skin resurfacing instantly enhances glow, softens fine lines, and improves texture.
It will also help your skincare products absorb more effectively, boosting their performance.
No. Dermaplaning only removes vellus hair (peach fuzz), which grows back at the same rate and texture. It won’t change your hair density or thickness.
We recommend resurfacing every 4–6 weeks for ongoing glow and smoothness.
Unlike at-home tools, our professional resurfacing is performed with precision and sterilized instruments, ensuring a safer and more effective result. You’ll also benefit from post-treatment care.
Skin resurfacing is only offered as an add-on to any facial. This ensures your skin is properly prepped beforehand and fully nourished afterward—maximizing results while protecting the freshly exfoliated skin.
FACIAL CUPPING
Facial cupping is a gentle technique that uses soft suction to lift and tone the skin, encourage lymphatic drainage, and boost circulation. The result? A brighter complexion, reduced puffiness, and a subtle lift—all without downtime.
Not at all. It’s a relaxing, rhythmic movement that feels like a light massage.
Yes, facial cupping is safe during pregnancy.
HYDRAFACIAL
Hydrafacial is a results-driven treatment that uses patented vortex technology to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, extract, and infuse the skin with targeted serums—all in one gentle, non-invasive session. It leaves the skin hydrated, clear, and visibly refreshed with no downtime.
Hydrafacial is not recommended during pregnancy.
Hydrafacial uses a blend of active solutions infused into the skin through gentle suction and pressure. It’s deeply hydrating and incredibly effective.
GLO2 FACIAL
The Glo2 Facial is a next-generation oxygenating treatment that uses patented technology to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, and oxygenate the skin from within.
It combines gentle exfoliation, nutrient-rich serum infusion, natural oxygen production, and lymphatic drainage massage for an instantly smoother, brighter, and more revitalized complexion.
Because the Glo2 Facial in the spa includes ultrasound infusion technology, it is not recommend iduring pregnancy.
However, the Lounge version of the Glo2 Facial is pregnancy-safe, as it excludes the ultrasound step while still offering beautiful, skin-refreshing results.
While both are advanced, no-downtime treatments, the Glo2 Facial uses oxygenation to stimulate skin renewal from within, making it ideal for dull, fatigued skin. Hydrafacial focuses more on deep cleansing and hydration through suction and infusion. Both deliver beautiful results.
MICROCURRENT
Microcurrent is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-level electrical currents to stimulate facial muscles, boost circulation, and encourage collagen production. The treatment will lift, tone, and firm the skin with zero downtime.
Microcurrent is not suitable during pregnancy.
You’ll often see a visible lift after just one session, but results are cumulative. For lasting improvement in tone and firmness, we recommend a series of treatments followed by monthly maintenance. Think of it like a workout for your face—consistency brings the best results.
NANO INFUSION
Nano infusion is a non-invasive treatment that enhances product penetration using a device with tiny, silicone-tipped pyramids to gently open micro-channels in the skin. This allows targeted serums to absorb more deeply—boosting hydration, smoothing texture, and brightening tone without downtime.
We do not recommend nano infusion during pregnancy.
While both treatments enhance serum absorption and boost skin renewal, nano infusion is completely non-invasive. It uses soft, silicone tips to create temporary micro-channels on the skin’s surface—no needles, no downtime, and no discomfort.
Microneedling, on the other hand, involves actual needles that penetrate deeper to trigger a wound-healing response. Nano infusion is ideal for gentle rejuvenation, while microneedling is better suited for deeper concerns.
LASH SERVICES
A lash lift gently curls your natural lashes from the root, giving them a longer, lifted appearance without extensions. You’ll recline comfortably with your eyes closed while your specialist applies a series of safe, nourishing solutions. The process takes about 60 minutes and is completely painless.
Results typically last 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare. As your lashes shed and regrow, the lifted effect will gradually fade.
The length and strength of your natural lashes is what determines the final outcome. If you're unsure, we’re happy to assess them prior to scheduling!
Keep your lashes dry and free of makeup or steam for the first 24 hours. After that, we recommend brushing them daily and applying a lash conditioner to maintain strength and shine.
Yes, but only once all extensions have been fully removed and your natural lashes are healthy. We’ll assess your lash condition to ensure they’re ready for lifting.
Avoid rubbing your eyes, sleeping directly on your face, and using harsh makeup removers. A nourishing lash serum or rejuvenator oil can help support strength and length between lifts.
Yes! Our lash maintenance appointment combines a lash tint and deep conditioning treatment to keep your lifted lashes looking rich, healthy, and defined between full lift cycles.
Lash lifts are generally considered safe during pregnancy. However, hormonal changes can affect results. We recommend discussing with your provider if you have any concerns.
