SPA POLICIES
Please know that policies are enforced to maintain the integrity of the experience for all of our valued guests.
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
While we operate by appointment only, we often have same day availability.
For last minute availability, we recommend calling to ensure your requested services can be accommodated.
We offer convenient ONLINE booking 24/7, or we are happy to assist you over the phone at (248) 260-7023 during regular business hours.
If you are a returning client, we can also schedule your visit via text at (248) 712-3900.
Our booking system sends out multiple email and text reminders as a courtesy. Clients may adjust notification settings at anytime.
Changes to your appointment can be made through the online booking system, from your confirmation email - or by notifying the spa directly via phone, text, or email.
Our text reminder line can receive incoming communication and is generally the easiest way to notify us.
Clients are able to manage their appointments online up to 24 hours before the appointment time.
Due to the nature of our appointment based business, we enforce a cancellation policy for all appointments. We request 24 hours notice for all appointment changes & modifications.
As part of our client onboarding process, each guest is required to complete a new client consultation form and signed policy agreement to retain on file.
For liability reasons, we are unable to provide services to you without these forms.
Due to the nature of our appointment based business, we require a valid credit card on file to secure all appointment reservations.
This card is not charged at the time of booking and does not need to be used at checkout. We accept cash and credit as final payment.
We have a 5 minute grace period for all appointments. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late to confirm if we are still able to accommodate the appointment.
While we make our best efforts to accommodate, we can not guarantee services to late arrivals.
Some services may need to be shortened or omitted in order to accommodate the time frame allotted for the appointment. Clients are still responsible for full payment of the original services scheduled.
Our appointments run on time as scheduled. Please plan to arrive early to ensure your full treatment.
Failure to arrive to your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a non-refundable 95% cancellation fee charged to the card on file, and may affect the ability to schedule future visits.
In the event the card on file is declined, service fees are required to be paid in full prior to scheduling another appointment.
Our cancellation policy is applicable per time slot and is enforced even if the appointment is rescheduled.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of our appointment based business, we enforce a cancellation policy for all appointments.

Due to the nature of our appointment based business, we enforce a cancellation policy for all appointments. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice of the appointment will result in fees, charged automatically to the card held on file.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to 50% of the total appointment.
- Cancellations within 3 hours are subject to 95% of the total appointment.
These charges are fees that do not apply to future services.

We understand that many things may come up that would cause the need for last minute appointment changes. In order to be fair to all of our valued clients, these policies are enforced in all situations.
Please contact us directly with any concerns, while being mindful that the front desk team / estheticians are not authorized to make situational exceptions.
GUESTS UNDER 18
As this is a spa setting, minor guests are not permitted at your appointment. This includes infants in carriers, or any other children not receiving services.
Your appointment is designed to be an escape, and we strictly adhere to this policy to maintain the integrity of the experience for all of our guests.
We offer lounge facial and brow design services to guests 13 & up. A parent or guardian must complete the consent form. For guests under the age of 16, a parent or guardian must be present for the duration of the appointment.
Spa facials, lash services, and brow lifts are offered to guests 18 & up.
SPA ETIQUETTE
We kindly ask that you silence your devices and refrain from all cell phone use while in the spa and for the duration of your treatment.
Our estheticians will not service guests who are on their phone.
Gratuity is optional but accepted (and appreciated!) for your service provider.
Gratuities may be accepted via credit card, however cash is preferred due to increasing processing fees.
If you are paying via gift card, you may use the balance towards gratuity.
REFUNDS + RETURNS
All transactions are considered final sale.
No refunds will be offered on services performed due to the use of time and resources.
